	CATO Purchase/refund policy: Attendees will receive full refund of fee if written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to event start. A 50 % refund 30 to 59 days prior to event start. No refunds for cancellations less then 30 days prior to event start. Qualified substitutions are accepted.
